A eBay seller we need to shut down!

The coins graded by that ebay seller International Numismatic Bureau are on PoliceAuctions.com also. I was a member of that site but canceled my membership and told them that I was going to report them to the FTC. Don't know if it will work but doesn't hurt to try.
