They had this coin listed as buy it now for 1795 or submit best offer. I decided to submit an offer in which I knew was a lowball of 1150, but had hoped that it would at least bring a counteroffer back. To my surprise, I received an email back within the hour saying that the offer was accepted, in which I paid immediately. </p><p> </p><p>Within minutes I get an email from the seller that asked to be let out of the deal because they thought the offer read 1550 instead of 1150. I contemplated for a few minutes and thought what if I were on the wrong side of this deal would the seller let me out if I thought it read 795 instead of 1795 and clicked buy it now. So I decided to respond by saying that we made a legitmate deal and that I would expect him and his firm to honor that agreement. </p><p> </p><p>Within minutes yet another email arrived to inform me that yes I was correct and that they would honor the purchase as it was their fault, and they hoped that I enjoyed the coin and would provided tracking information regarding shipment. All, this in a friendly and polite exchange. </p><p> </p><p>Now I know many of you think that this may not be a big deal, as they should have honored it anyways, but I have to give credit where credit is due and they could have tried to make it bit harder a drag it out for days with little or no communication. This firm, as far as service goes, top notch.
