[QUOTE="The Penny Lady®, post: 883797, member: 16948"]Thanks everyone, I'm glad you enjoyed the article. Regarding the font size, I tried to make it "normal" but could only get it really big or small, and since the article is pretty long, I chose the smaller font, but since you can count me among the sight-challenged when it comes to reading, I changed it back to a bigger font. And Jack answered the question about show cases. If I fly to a show, I rent the cases and lamps, but I do bring my own red cloth inserts and bring my own red zippered/locking table cover to make my table look nicer. Regarding going through the airport, to those of you who said you have no trouble I'm assuming you weren't carrying all of your lifesavings in coins and having the TSA people try to figure out what they are as they roll through the x-ray machine. Once in a while, one of the more astute TSA people actually ask me usually rather loudly "ARE THESE COINS?" while I try to discretely shush them. I can say that during the few times TSA has not searched my coins, the lines usually move pretty quickly and efficiently. It is rare that I don't get bag checked either coming or going whenever I fly with my coins. And then it takes at least 20+ minutes for them to pull each and every tray and box of coins out of both my bags (I have a bag of raw coins and one for certified coins), open them, and flip through each and every coin - no kidding! Shoewrecky, I do get to the Baltimore show in March and November and FUN in January, and with the ANA and Central States having shows in the Chicago area, perhaps our paths will cross, and of course I would love to shake your hand, sit down and chat coins, show you a few of my little beauties, and perhaps turn you and Pocket Change into copper lovers too!! :D p.s. Here's the photo that appeared with the article. ;) Note, you can see my Ipod in the background - bringing my own music really makes the show even more enjoyable!
