A Collecting Goal Achieved

    James, you & Sulla80 have posted handsome, high-grade folles from the Heraclea Mint :happy:. I've noticed the reverse spacing on this coin type is different than the other mints: GENIOPOPV L IROMANI, versus GENIOPOPV LIROMANI. Pictured below is another example from this mint using this different spacing. The portrait style on this coin issued as NOB CAES is quite different.

    Congratulations. It takes time and patience to collect like this.

    My criteria are far less stringent and condition is not something that comes high on my list of importance.

    I have / have owned many coins of Lugdunum. I will share a few of my Max. Herc. coins here to show how diverse just collecting one emperor from one mint across his reign can be starting from my earliest through to the latest chronologically using Bastien dating.

    Martin, That's an excellent group of folles illustrating the design evolution :D. Choice post abdication issues are interesting & difficult to find ;)
