A Coin that Ticks Boxes

As I discovered when I bought the coin, Emmett actually doesn't list this type for Hadrian's Year 22, for reasons unknown. I was able to find only a few examples of Year 22 on acsearch, including one in the catalog of the Triton XXI auction of the Staffieri Collection of Alexandrian coins in 2018, Lot 92 at p. 53, describing it as a "Rare regnal year for this type." A far, far superior example to mine, especially the obverse!

A coin that ticked some important boxes for me, in fact the one that made me switch completely to ancients:

RIC II, Part 1 (second edition) Vespasian 986

    - reverse with an animal
    - period/emperor I like
    - budget friendly.

Although not perfect, these two coins ticked off some very important boxes for me and one was a gift from another CT member:

And then there is this one. I doubt I will ever find a better example that is affordable:

Everytime I buy a coin it has to tick some boxes. I don't care that much is the coin is rare, it needs to fill a gap.
This is why I don't think I'll buy too many 4th century coins, even if there are plenty, but for me there is no box labelled "4th century"

    Cilicia, Tarsos, Otacilia Severa
    Boxes -
    - large provincial (30 mm)
    - empress - and my only coin with Otacilia so far
    - budget friendly (a box that's very important for me)
