We can post our collections online so thousands of people can see the results of our efforts. We can interchange ideas, hints and tips with like minded folks all around the world. Most importantly we can make friends with people who live so far away, we could never hope to meet face to face.&nbsp; </p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Some good things, some bad things. Overall I have to say the good outweighs the bad. In spite of, or because of the internet, coin collecting is a fun hobby.
