A beautiful Portrait of an Unknown ruler.

    My newest addition to my collection , I won it in a European auction last month and arrived today.

    An Anonymous tetarteron from the 13th century, not perfect but lovable, the portrait of the emperor on his throne is beautiful, the coins only flaw is the poor strike on the bottom of the coin, almost flat.

    SBCV-2151 Empire of Nicaea.

    Oh wow, that's cool @BenSi ! Patina is LOVELY, and what a cool style! I hadn't seen the big "B" before, that's awesome as well.
