IMO they're not worth much. Even those listed on eBay with a starting bid of 99 cents have 0 bidders. Just nice to find.
Maybe $3-4. I think it depends on the ‘exuberance factor’. Anxious folks will pay over its value just to have one and because it’s not a lot of money either way; it doesn’t break the bank to overpay.
I'd pay to own 1. Definitely beats looking for it manually,I've never found one in any of the mountains of pennies I've looked thru. Neat to find one for sure
I’ve found a few 1998 and 2000 WAMs. But not 1999 so far. I hear that you need to be closer to the release point.
