I have a 90 degree anticlockwise rotational error 5 rupees commemorative coin of 75 year of independence minted in Kolkata during 2023 and it is in great condition almost uncirculated. What is its value ?

We can’t even take a guess without photos of both sides.

My hunch is that there isn't much of a premium for die rotations in general and especially not for a common very recent circulating coin. How many world coin die rotation collectors do you think are out there? How common are die rotations on coins from India? I have no idea, but I'd guess a couple bucks is all you could hope for.

It is also a Dual Misaligned Die strike.

Which part of the coin are you referring to?

On the rim, it’s thin in one spot and directly across it’s wide. This occurs on both sides of the coin.

I'm not saying you are rotating the 2nd photo. But the way to do this is with a mirror so you can see the orientation and to load the photos in full image.

The thing is I don't have a good camera or smartphone to take a good photo when using a mirror.
