Neither RPM or doubled ear, if that is what you are asking.

I don't see an RPM or any doubling.

If you have to ask, then you already know the answer.

Philadelphia doesn't put their mint marks on the back.

hey @Italy8686 good pictures. you included "and the ear" in your post title. can you elaborate some on that? if your thinking about a doubled ear variety then check out the pictures i found at Variety Vistas website:
    1984 double ear lincoln.PNG
    1984 double ear lincoln 2.PNG
the first image of the ear is designated as 1984 DDO-001 and second ear as 1984 DDO-008. i didn't see anything that resembles what's on file at VV.
the coin your asking if the mint mark is on the reverse of the coin is most likely a die chip. the mint did not put mint marks on the back of any Lincoln pennies.
i wish i could have given better news about your coin(s) but there's always tomorrow, right? keep up the good hunt man, good luck to ya

But it looks like a P. I'm thinking, if it's not Philadelphia, it could be Poughkeepsie.

Finally got some coin rolls in and can see what y'all are talking about how much better they look. They almost look like proof coins like brand new
