@Italy8686 good pictures. you included "and the ear" in your post title. can you elaborate some on that? if your thinking about a doubled ear variety then check out the pictures i found at Variety Vistas website:
the first image of the ear is designated as 1984 DDO-001 and second ear as 1984 DDO-008. i didn't see anything that resembles what's on file at VV.
the coin your asking if the mint mark is on the reverse of the coin is most likely a die chip. the mint did not put mint marks on the back of any Lincoln pennies.
