Welcome to CT. I assume you are talking about the spacing around 11 o-clock. It helps to be specific, because we can't always see what you see. If you don't see the same spacing on the reverse, I think it is called a MAD or mis-placed die coin. When posting, if you crop the picture and post full size, it makes it easier.
