    Bone - what is the exact weight ? There is a tolerance for these you know. Max is 27.2638 - minimum is 26.8646.

    Doug,

    It's at 26.54 and there are tiny bubbles on the scalloping.

    I still have the first fake one I received. It was only 24.3 grams. Here is a picture. The seller didn't even want it back. This one is coinsigned and the seller is going to be speaking wityh his consingner!!!

    Anyone know how much a coin from the virgin islands would be if the date on it was 1767!?

    Well the USVI were owned by at least 7 different countries before the US paid 25 million for them. So that said who owned then at that time? And most probably The coin in question would be a Spanish reale cob. The Dutch owned them so my guess would be east Indies coins
