It depends on how high they will grade. Widgets have to grade MS70PL or PF70UCAM to justify the cost. LOL!

i have noticed for example some ultra high reliefs for example selling for pretty high prices say in the 4-5 thousand range if my memory serves me correct and from what i read the some of the first coins have more crisp lines or something which when graded they can tell if there early mintage is that correct if anybody knows and can you trust those grading dealers how do you know they wont switch your coins for something less desirable?

Since the top TPG's don't buy, sell or trade coins, there is no benefit to keep or switch them. Plus it's by concensus grade, meaning several different people and pairs of eyes are on each coin during grading, making it more difficult for dishonesty to occur. As far as when a coin is struck, the Mint claims it is not possible to tell because the quality of the dies have improved so much, that 200,000+ (probably much more) strikes are virtually the same.

so how can some articles claim that and charge so much more for a coin?

I don't think anyone can prove or even support that claim. I would ask them to defend their position. What are they going to say? Some difference of a molecule or two prevails so therefor they are technically corerect? What about a difference that can be measured or seen by a collector? Doesn't exist.

ok so what makes two exact coins have a different value from one another just because one has a grading and the other doesnt?

    thanks

Integrity of the TPG that he is a professional and that he has seen these coins before and knows how to value them. The other one is on plain hope that the individual knows what he is talking about and is not trying to take advantage of you. If the purchase isn't just for pocket change, where would you invest the dollars for peace of mind?
