Bit difficult to see as the first image has the staples tilted CCW and the second image with the staples perfectly square

About $1.00 more than a Copper Plated Zinc Off Center ;)

    Was joking, expat.

    I called it 15%, when I found it , about '89. Doubt it's worth more than $5...

The slight rotation is well within mint tolerance.

    For the Off-Center strike..
    $5.00 for Copper plated zinc
    $6.00 for Copper Planchet
    ;)

My LCS starts off Centered strikes at $3.00 but if it has a date it can go up in price. I firgetvthe date but he had a zinc Cent from the early 2000's for $15.00. I think that's the most expensive one I've seen but he says not many exist from that year.

After 2001 or 2002 off-centers become rare. The reason is because that was when the Mint swiched over to the horizontal strike schuler presses. Pretty much by definition an off center is struck on a planchet that is not in the collar. But on a horizontal striking press the collar is oriented vertically. So if a planchet is out of the collar, gravity causes it to fall out of the press. The dies would have to catch it as it falls away.
