Without seeing a photo, I'm going to say no, not missing clad. Weigh them on a small electronic gram scale.
Need pics. There are many, many, many clad coins that have suffered environmental damage (buried, metal detector finds, etc) for every authentic missing clad layer. Don't get your hopes up, but if you post a pic, there a number of coin error experts in CT that will be able to give you an accurate assessment
