That group is a very nice bunch of coins. However, there is not a 65 for one simple reason, and it has nothing to do with contact marks. In order to see a 65 from either NGC or PCGS, a New Orleans coin needs a good strike at least. Looking at those coins, they are average to below average strikes. I have aways found from my personal experiences that the 1883, 1884, 1885 O mint coins just don't have great strikes, and that will usually prevent a 65 grade, unless the devices and fields are exceptionally clean. One of the posters even thought one of the coins was AU--none of them are AU, but they do exhibit below average strikes, on the whole (which can be confused for wear). Coin #4 has an average strike, and the others I'd call below average. Look at the eagle's breast in coin 4--it is more defined than the others. So that is the deal--they are pretty coins but will never make gem status.
