Is this one the 1 of 1857 die variety?? I can not zoom in on Date to check. but do see the last A in America looks Doubled ?

 

The lettering style is what was used on the 1856 cent. Note the the boxy style of the letters, especially the O in OF.

 

Anyone have a 1864 L that one can see the "L"?

 

One of the best old Indian Head coins, I've seen but where is the "L", I've looked on the ribbon

Jo - all IHC's are nice, some are just nicer than others.
