    Hi all,
Today I finally received my coins back from NGC that I submitted at the NYINC show back in January. It's a mix of Errors, US, Gold and World coins.
I will be creating a thread for each coin, maybe 2 threads per day so be on a lookout :watching:

The first Error Coin I want to show is actually a pedigree. I had it Re-encapsulated.
It was in an older style holder without prongs. I like the way it looks now.
It is a Double Struck both Broadstruck Kennedy.
The 2nd strike can be seen better when held at an angle. These are rare.
    Enjoy :woot:

Wow, Awsome coin. The diameter must be close to 34mm or better. Looks like it's a little out of round too. Is that common for broadstrikes?

    Thank you!

Thanks. It's a bit pointy at the top. Remember that there is no collar holding the coin in place so you have metal flowing in all directions taking all forms. Especially when it was struck twice!

Yes, since the design isn't symmetrical the planchet doesn't spread symmetrically either.
