i have an interesting box this week. Still have 16 rolls to search . But so far
1964 D & a 1968 S BU / AU
2004 D peace w/ enameled back.

Thats a very nice box. One of those 58 look like it got a nice strike (hard to find 58Ps without that washed out look to them). It amazes me I have hunted 190 boxes and have yet to find a painted or sticker colored coin yet!

 

Yeah I had to refresh my memory on the value of this coin. Crazy that it goes for around $30+ in it's grade!

 

I looked at the painted back nickel with a loupe. It is a sticker.......very well applied....matches everything perfectly....but with the loupe you can see a couple folds.....and the "dots" from the printer. Still a cool find in my book.

I've noticed that too. It always fascinates me when I get different runs on coins. Every 10 boxes a week seem to have a different run on different types of nickels
