Thats pretty cool. Never knew about the wavy ribbon. Either way when this project is done I'm going to nic date all the buffalos with no date. Sure by the end of this I'll have around a roll. It should be fun :)

The 1954 is very interesting. I believe it might be a error with the annealing process of how it was heated. It has the same gloss black toning of a 1959 "Black Beauty".

Yet another 1943D silver! And speaking about "Black Beauties" that 59 sure is looking pretty close!

Just noticed in my Master List I never updated the 43D in a couple of weeks they are so hard to come by in my area I forgot I added it to my semi key list. We found two in the last couple weeks! So we should be 3.

It has been updated and fixed in my master list for next Saturday.

Yep! If that was a 1939 Buffalo I'd be heading out to get it authenticated! Thanks for the lookout.

image.jpeg Every now and then I will post a coin solely by itself if I feel it deserves the attention. And this one does.

Well it took 142 boxes but we finally did it! Completed the set. We were just talking about hopefully the 39S shows up soon then BOOM! I pulled this from box 142 last night and will have the rest posted soon. Smiled ear to ear when I pulled it and it never gets old :)

Nice! 38-s was the problem coin for me. When it finally showed up, there were two in the same box. Your 39-s is a reverse of 38.
