$500 Bill value

I got this 500$ bill and I'm looking for some help on value and how to sell it.

Well at least you know it is worth $500, but in all honesty I have no clue. Being a 1934 series I would guess around $750-$1000.

You are right...that is about $750-$1000. It was a good guess. I always wondered ehy currency does not appreciate like coins. That $500 in 1934 would equal > $$8,845.97 according to the US government inflation calculator. Not a very good investment in my mind..Hopefully there is something special about this one.

 

Not very much demand for the big $ notes, so not much of a premium.
