The side with four characters will help you determine the era, the side with two characters the mint. Appears to be from the era of Emperor Gao Zong (1736-95) based on David Hartill's "Cast Chinese Coins". The Standard Catalog Of World Coins lists the same as under Kao Tsung, Reign title: Ch'ien-lung (Qianlong).
