Does this Note look like it's an error or did someone cut it after leaving the BEP.
Not that great at note errors, so any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

It appears trimmed. Compare the length with any denomination US note.

Gutter fold on upper right corner, but the photos sure are lacking to tell much.

It's the same size as a normal note.

On the upper right corner of both sides, which makes no sense. Is that actually some kind of camera artifact in the photos?

Don't know at the present time as this is a colleague's of mine. He says that the note is the same as another one and that the border is the biggest thing that is misaligned.

Hard to tell since we can't see the left side of the reverse. It could be a shifted first printing with a gutter fold. Clearer full pictured would greatly help in the evaluation.

Both sides is typical of a fold while being printed, and can fetch a premium of quite a bit.
I would be inclined to tell my friend to put it in a sleeve and considered sending it in for authentication, then list it on eBay or some other auction.
Better pictures are still needed to confirm if it is a gutter fold.
