two have big indent on head, the others struck through grease, on one side, or both and die pressure trials

Not so sure about the grease. It just looks like a weak strike to me.

 

Just curious. Which coin is the Die Trial and how can you determine that's what it is? Thank you if you reply.

 

the 1986-p for weakness of all the details and lettering and it is on both sides, seems the pressure of the dies was a tad bit low to make such an impression??
