$5. Not sure what you are asking.
Are you ignoring the 9 at the end of the date?

Well I assume the date is the serial number 4-22-1986.
But there is a 9 at the end of that sequence.

well if you can change the 9 to a zero and move it in front of the 4... that'll work...

The OP is stating that it is a serial number with a date.. 42219869 would be
4-22-1986 but the 9 at the end negates it as a date serial number. Just some silly cool serial number stuff some collectors search for.

A little dab of white-out would fix that.....

but then there is a multitude of numbers. As long as the first 2 numbers are between '01' and '12'; then the next two numbers are between '01' and '31'ish; and the following 4 are between ?? say '1889' and '2018'+ you have dates. It just becomes valuable when someone's birthday is on that date and they want it.

No, not unless that date was a special date to someone, then they may pay a little more than $5 for it.

If you add all 8 digits in the serial number it totals 41. Does that help? Otherwise all I see is a damaged fairly crisp five dollar bill that should be spent. Nothing fancy about it.
