Close, but no cigar. And too wrinkled.
All 8's would be ideal. And there is a debate
if 7 of the same numbers are good or not.
You could post it on the "Almost" thread in the currency forum.
And try to orient the photo.

 

5 bucks but still a keeper.

 

Even though the serial number IS interesting, because it's not 7 or 8 out of 8, like Michael said, it's only worth $5.
