No - not anywhere close to a DD - please don't spend the money to get it graded when a PCGS 63 sells for 12 bucks on a good day!

And really I don't even think you got a 63!

Can anyone post a pic of a 63 that has that close to FS.

Judging from the pictures, which leave a lot to be interpolated as to the condition, I'd say @Markus1959 was spot on. I would think it's in the MS62 maybe MS63 range with possible FS designation. Even at MS63 FS the retail value on the PCGS website lists it with a value of $12.00.

    So you are Market grading?

If you're talking to me, I'm trying to give an opinion from images that I have been given. Market grading would be giving a technical grade and then bumping or lowering it due to eye appeal.

If you want me to, I could bump it to GEM status and say it's MS65 FS and add $9.00 to the value stated earlier bringing it to $21.00.

So many times a coin here is given the bump towards eye appeal, which, I only tried to give actual impression of the coin in hand.
Value has nothing to do with it.

    I think it is a strong 63 maybe a 64 in hand.
Way more lustre than in the pic.

I think 62 maybe 63 no I don't think it gets FS because the bottom two are bridged together. If you had a picture showing more luster I might go 64 if it has the eye appeal. Still a nice Jeff but almost FS is an eBay term meaning not FS.
