5 halves hidden in there. Bank gave it to me in that very ziploc bag. They asked how many i wanted, i took the whole thing to save time, and not give away my ulterior motive.

Your Eisenhower dollars are not silver, but still fun and generally sell for about $2 each. Definitely a fun find! You halves may be silver. What years are they?

Oh, there's silver in them there hills, i promise!
Silver dollars range from 1879-1923, halves are '51-'61.

But i didn't "find", i was at the bank earlier, and simply asked, and they swapped this full bag for $37.50. When i got in my truck and peeked, i almost fainted, lol.

I guess I'm too new, and wording it wrong, my apologies!
How MANY silver dollars and half dollars are hidden in there? Lol. Sorry! But you're 100% right, there is silver in there!
I'll tell the story later about how this all came to be, in the meantime...

I don't see any Morgan or Peace dollars. All I see are Ikes, and most Ikes are not silver. I don't see any Franklin halves, either.

I certainly botched this one, lol.
I have developed a nice rapport with the tellers at the bank i make the deposits at, at work. After reading here about coin roll hunting, and asking for dollar coins, i started dropping hints about half dollar rolls and single dollar coins. One teller had 3 Ikes for me a few weeks ago, which i was very appreciative for.
Today, same teller. Oh CoinJockey73, i have a bag of coins for you! Couple halves in there!
Oh, thank you! How much? 37.50? No prob.

Here's what was inside. Sorry i made a game of it, I'm just trying to figure out a way to give one of these (Peace) to the community, share my good fortune, so I'm trying out a contest, lol

I hope that the manager was gushing, too. What would corporate headquarters think of it? Have you considered that the teller might get into trouble for accepting those coins? Just sayin'!

Yes, I'd like to give away one of the Peace dollars to a junior member, through a contest. I really messed this trial run up though, lol
Maybe i can run some stuff by @lordmarcovan, see if anything sticks.

Doughnuts and flowers are gifts! Money, which is the business of the bank and regulated very strictly is a different thing.

The silver coins look like they may have been cleaned.
