My goodness... so much magnification? Can we have some photos of the whole coin so we can see what it looks like before put under an electron microscope? I think you're overmagnifying and finding things that aren't really there. I'm not sure why you can't get a photo of the full coin, you can do that with any camera by pointing and clicking. @Treashunt these are all quarters

These all look like MD to me and let me explain why. Do you see the second link you provided "1963-D RPM WRPM-001 http://doubleddie.com/1237766.html XF-40" Look at the diagnostics for it. Yours is at best a maybe. Take a photo to match the other two photos in the example provided and see if you have the same die markers. Yours look like the same D got punched in like a stutter step, as if it got punched more than once when being struck (machine doubling). The website shows one where three different Ds were struck on top of themselves.

The last one can't be the 004 because the D is rotated the wrong direction and it's flat, typical of machine doubling. Why don't you take some time to look at the diagnostics for the 004, like the die scratch and see if you can find it on the coin? The good thing about die markers is that they will tell you other markers on the coin, besides the mint mark itself, that signify it's an error. Like the accented hair Kennedy Half Dollar. I have no idea the difference between the two Kennedy Halves, but I can look at the diagnostics of the coin to tell which is and is not. I don't even look at the hair, I look at the reverse.

I applaud your zeal in trying to find errors, but as a young collector, you are going about this backwards. You need to be using a 5-10x loupe that gives you the ability to look at the whole coin. You're dialing in to a very small part of the coin and missing the bigger picture. Spend some time reading about die markers and you'll be able to answer these questions on your own.
