I heard from a coin dealer that the open mouth Roosevelt is very rare--the other has a hole by the mouth and the last one has a booger up his nose

To me they are just varieties. Not every Die made is identical.

 

He offered me $90 for the open mouth -'should I take it?after all its only cost me a dime

 

That's crazy, at least to me but wait for others to respond. Varieties are not really my thing but some members collect them.

 

Those are normal Die Chips on coin #2. No premium.

Open mouth Variety? never heard of it..
