They kept sending me coins in the mail, that I would have to return when they came in. I had to call them 4 times to get them to stop. It took me almost a year to get them to stop sending me coins and even then they tried to bill me for a coin I NEVER got. If I am remembering right. That was another 2 or 3 call to strighten out. My last name is very commen, I think that was part of the issue. The best part of all this. I still get there catalogs in the mail.
