    1995 d doubled die - Nope
1982 d small date - Yes to small date but could be either Philadelphia or Denver (since the mint mark area is destroyed)

    Thanks!

How much can you see the small date in that condition selling for. If you have an idea for Philly and Denver mint

Unfortunately your coin is in terrible condition. I can't imagine anybody paying more than 1c for it. In general, small date 1982 coins from both Philly and Denver usually only sell for a premium in bulk (rolls, boxes, bags, etc.). Although the small date 1982s are less common than their large date counterparts, they were minted in large enough quantities that they can still frequently be found in pocket change.

However, if you have a 1982-D small date minted on a bronze planchet (3.1g), then that's a whole different story.
