Absolutely breathe taking photos everybody! :hail: Congrats on your 3,000 posts and good luck trying to judge all these stunning images. I'm going to look through my digital camera folder tomorrow and pick out my favorite.
It was a tough choice but I guess i'll go with this one. I took it when i was in Sicily in January of 2008. It was taken from an old amphitheater that the ancient greeks build hundreds of years ago, the picture is looking down from that at an old temple, also build by the greeks. You can see how high up I was by seeing the mountain beside the temple disappearing in the clouds. You cant tell by the picture but that temple is way bigger then a football field. Really neat picture with tons of history is the main reason i picked it. Thanks for the contest and congrats again on the 3,000 posts/3 years!!:high5:
