Just arrived today from JM Bullion.

    I really like these :).

Although the White Greyhound looks like it has some damage at the 10 o clock position on the edge.

Shame on JMB Q/C for not catching that. :(

I love this series and picked them up as they came out. That looks like a doozy of a ding on that rim.
TBH I don't think JMB cares if they have dings or not. They are selling them "as bullion". Not that I think that is the right way to be doing business. I just think that's how they see it.

Well I mean it was advertised as BU so I figured that meant it was brand new and undamaged. :(

It wouldn’t have been so bad if they were charging bullion prices but these were between $62-$70 each which is $31-$35/oz. Way above bullion price when they’re selling ASEs for $28-$29.

Very nice series. I have quite a few plus dupes.

Hey do you happen to know of any capsules that these will fit in?

The plastic flips JMB sent them in all split open in transit.

Have you seen the 10 oz ones?

They’re on sale on JMB right now.

    How do you store yours?

None of my capsules will fit them because they’re too thick. :(

I had to order capsules from an EBAY dealer special for these. Just key word "2 ounce coin capsules" and a bunch will come up stating they are made especially for the Queens Beast issues.

I got mine from APMEX when I ordered the coins, the capsules were also available to purchase.

Ahh yeah I order from APMEX too sometimes so I know what you mean.

This time though I ordered from JM Bullion since they were a lot cheaper and even with the $7 I spent on Ebay to buy 5 capsules it still came out cheaper.

Yeah, I see that. ;) I've only been buying gold lately, that said I have my eyes peeled for the right offer and when I see it, I'll buy! Silver prices are unbelievable. Exciting times for sure! :D

Well who knows? It could go higher. It could go lower.

I just figure I might as well buy while I can.

90% stocks 10% precious metals is my strategy.

Amazon stock, Google stock, Microsoft stock, Apple stock.

    & Gold and Silver :p

Hey I just wanted to follow up on this.

I contacted JMB about the dent in the rim and they offered me two options:

1). JMB offered to send me a prepaid shipping label so I could return it to them at no cost to me for an undamaged one.

2). If I didn’t want to do that they offered me a $5 coupon off my next order.

I went with option 2 since I didn't want to deal with the hassle of shipping it back and waiting for another one.

Plus the $5 discount on a $60 2oz coin means I got it for $55 or $27.50 an ounce which is like $0.50 over spot.

I’m glad they were willing to do something about it though.

Not too much hassle for me I don't like damage coins, 5.00 dollar coupon isn't much for all that hassle but at least they answered you back and you got options good for you Blake..

Yeah that's true but when you think of the fact that it's $5 off of a $60 coin that's almost 10% off.

It wasn’t much hassle since it was just a short, quick email but I think it helped that I emailed them like 30 mins after it was delivered so they knew I wasn’t the one who damaged it.

I figure I'll probably sell the damaged one as bullion to my local dealer. It may have a dent in it but 2 oz of .9999 silver is 2oz of silver ya know?

Silver will always have some value even if it is damaged.
