Hello my furry little friends!!! Well the day has come that I had to cash in all that money so I could get a certified check from my bank. I spoke with one of the group donation coordinators over at the Shriners today and they are so excited about this check. I will have all the info gathered and ready to mail hopefully by weeks end. I have had some very important personal stuff going on these past two weeks and my free time has been limited.....and no, I didn't kick Jen out of the house and have a huge week long house party...although that would have been a good guess!

Hopefully, some of you will be hearing from Stainless very soon with your prize choices.

and update on the prizes...I am currently waiting for one members to respong with his pick.then I cna move on to the next one. I plan to have all prizes out next week.

Check will go out tomorrow. I can't wait. Thank you to everyone who contibuted. I spoke last week with one of the directors of group donations. Since this is coming in as a group donation and not as individual donations, he told me that he cannot recognize everyone individually. I told him that was ok and that we would prefer that CoinTalk.com received the recognition for the donation, but that each individual member would still like a letter for tax purposes for their donation and he said that it would not be a problem.

Also, I understand that prizes are forthcoming and should be arriving soon. I hope everyone enjoys what they receive.

Way to go guys. Thanks for the efforts of the organizers. It feels good to help those kids out. I've had a couple of my kids in the local children's hospital before and know those people that work in these kinds of hospitals are God sent. They sure know how to make the parents and kids feel better about being there. Hope we can break this years total next year.
