Since his billing adress is differnt from shipping. due to the fact that hes going through a divorse and gets his mail at his house and lives at my grandparents. And he has filled out paperwork before and sent in confirming the adress. and this now will be the 4th time doing this. BUt the problem is that since he placed the order. his wife has moved out of the house. SO now he has no way of getting the letter that they said they sent. And when he called the mint to tell them that he hasnt been able to get his mail and its not at the post office and could they send the letter to his shipping adress where hes been staying, and they said they wont.
