25th eagle set order status ?

I got one today also. I really wanted one of these! I am not whinning, but after spending 5 hours on the computer and phone that day, I really did not want to read about all the poeple that "played the game" and got multiples of the limit.

Ok, this morning my order status says: #38394xxx -1 unit backordered. expected to ship 11/29/2011 -How about anyone else who's waiting...?

 

well as of today mine now states that it is in stock and reserved. and the cancel order box is finally gone getting closer i hope

just recieved mine and off to pcgs come on 70's

even though the Mint sent some people 'back order' messages, the order status' are still "open" and the expect to ship date just default advances to the next day. I assume as the last sets are mailed to customers and the Mint's 7-day return policy expires on the last sets set to customers, then the 'back orders' when start to close as well.

How long will it be before the Eagles sent to PCGS, NGC for grading start coming back? A am wondering how many will come back as 70's.

 

With the new laser technology, more and more modern coins are recieving 70 grades. So although not overly common, they are becoming a larger force in the market than before. I think the fine detail is being lost due to this "improvement" in the manufacturing process. Years from now, the older American Eagles may have a premium added to them in recognition of this change.

i am still in process but right with orders that was in stock today but just on outside looking in 3837xxx and 38380xxx if i dont get in anyone i will buy a set i am so close though just about 8 minuets from the latest i know i would hope that if i don't some one would help out as the last one in and being first out of luck well stinks hopfully tomorrow will change if not than i guess i am out??????

Just as I expected we should start seeing movement in some orders as the 10 day address confirmation time starts to expire.
