If government employees are going to be hard at it packing and shipping out ASE sets on Thanksgiving, I'll be sure to look out for flying pigs as well.
Whoa! They must have just change it! Woohoo! "5 units shipped on 11/11/2011" I can't believe mint employees and UPS are working on Veterans day. I thought they'd be sitting until Monday. So does this mean they'll come tomorrow on a Saturday? My order # is in the 3834xxxxx range if anybody's wondering.
I like all of them! Dave's RP is really nice too! Ken, what camera did you use? Same one you used on the UHR & box? Chuck
This just changed as of 8am AZ time. with UPS Tracking # Order number: 38347XXX 25TH ANNIVERSARY AE 5 COIN SILVER SET 5 $299.95 $1,499.75 5 units shipped on 11/11/2011
I had the same question of him. Did you use that camera in the photo of yourself? Is that a Canon? TC
All I will see of them as it gets overpacked and back out in the mail as soon as the Post Office is open again. Had to remove image showed too much.
He must be out of pocket right now. He always takes awesome pics, plus the colors are amazing, like the UHR wooden box he shot. I think he told me what that camera was, but I don't remember. I've got an Olympus SLR=film, and older digital, and I just picked up an almost new Canon A640, but need to learn how to work macro on it. The UPS man delivered my box about 2 hours ago. I need to decide on whether or not to open it, but I'm leaning towards opening it and keeping some OGP. maybe send 2 RP and 2 S-mint to PCGS. Glad the wait is over, but the chat on CT with good people is always fun too, and fun to see what others experienced. Chuck
Did you move it around to check and see if you could hear or feel and capsules sliding around? Mine was tight, but have hear horror stories, some even came out of their capsules and slid around.
After much concideration, and the hopes of having all 70's, off to PCGS they go! But, as scheduled they arrived this morning, my only regret is not ordering more than 1 set! Would have loved to have had a graded set and a raw set!
Yup guys. Just that itty bitty Cannon. See the shaky one hand holdin' it? That's how I take most pics. The little devil (camera) compensates for anything I might make blurry. And if not? Shoot the danged thing over again...... I'd really like to (future) get one of those fancy Nikon/Cannon SLR types with the big fancy lenses but so many coins to buy and the photography equipment goes begging........
