You forgot the Walker half has obverse and reverse mintmarked years. Edit: IMHO that list is way too overdone. For example, 1 buffalo would do it for me. I'd rather see a much smaller number of coins in a set, displayed in a frame with 2 coins per type, one showing obverse, one showing reverse.
Here is the perfect album for that set . I am currently putting one together, and if your gonna put "nice" coins in it, it is gonna cost you a bit more than 500. http://www.whitmanbooks.com/Default.aspx?Page=81&ProductID=0307091392 it contains a spot for cents 1864-1909 09 vdb 09-1958 1943 1959-1982 1982-date Nickels 1883-1912 1913 variety 1 1913-1938 1938-1965 1942-45 1966 to date dimes 1892-1916 1916-1945 1946-64 65-to date That covers page 1 quarters 1892-1916 1916-17 1917-30 1932-64 76 copper nickel 76 silver clad 65-98 1999 all five 2000 all five thats page 2 halves 1892-1915 1916-1947 1948-63 64 silver 65-70 clad 76 claD 76 silver clad 71-date dollars 1878-1921 1921-1935 1971 silver clad page three bicentennial copper nickel variety 1 copper nicklel variety 2 silver clad 71-78 clad ike 79-99 sba sac 2000 page four this set is not as challenging as putting together a 7070 but there are a few pieces that are going to cost if you do all mint state and proof as i am doing.
It really depends on you, but typically (as Rusty pointed out) a moved mintmark is more of a sub-variety, but one that I think people have missed is the Walking Liberty Half Dollar with mint mark on obverse (1916-1917)
That's the same book that I'm trying to complete now. I'm only 2 coins away from completing it. I'm sure the $500 estimate has not been adjusted recently. However, I put mine together using mostly proofs with a few XF, AU and BU sprinkled in there...but I'll be able to do it for around $500 (after obtaining my last 2 coins). Of course this was mostly in 2009 when silver wasn't as high and I already had the 99-00 proofs (incl state qtrs). But there are ways to put it together a nice set for around $500...one would have to be very patient to wait for good deals. -LTB
Susan Dollar has 2 types Franklin Half has 2 types 1959-1962 Cents had tin (bronze) 1962-1982 Cents had no tin (brass) According to the US Treasury's website, an act of congress was required to remove the tin from the Lincoln Cents in 1962 so I consider that another type, especially if going to include the 1944-46 Brass Cents as a type. https://www.treasury.gov/about/education/Pages/lincoln-cent.aspx
