I have an album that includes the 3 Kennedys (silver, silver clad, and nickel clad) and the wartime silver nickel but does NOT have the silver IKE issue. I've noticed this in other albums as well... why?

    Thank you in advance

I'm not sure of the type set album, but the Kennedy half dollar was issued as a circulation coin in silver (64) and 40% silver (65-69). The Jefferson ware nickel was issued as a circulation coin in silver (42-45). The Ike's were never issued as circul;ation coins in silver. You may have a type set for circulation coins that were in silver for a small period of time in the denomination's existance.

Ahhhh... you know what? I think you are correct sir... I think that is the reason as the silver eagles aren't in this book either. Nice work!
