She told me what to write on the exchange portion of the original invoice, which I did.&nbsp; I sent the damaged merchandise back to the USM on November 20.</p><p><br /></p><p>On December 16, the mint returned the damaged coins and case to me with a form letter telling me that nothing could be done because I did not return the entire set.&nbsp; Unblievable.&nbsp; I have been a customer of the USM for quite a few years and have never before had such shabby service from them. I will not incur yet another shipping charge to return the entire set to them.</p><p><br /></p><p>I would recommend that everyone be very careful when buying these sets, especially from private sellers over the Internet.&nbsp; EXAMINE YOUR ORDER VERY CAREFULLY.</p><p><br /></p><p>Dave McStowe[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
