One of the sellers in his sales pitch posted on his ad that there was a RUMOR that some dealers/speculator had gotten together and was purchasing all the regular proofs in the 3 pc anniversary sets they could&nbsp; as to make it very difficult to get the entire set in the 70 grade.&nbsp; It just goes to show one that you can hear/read anything if you look long enuff.[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
