2021 Washington Crossing the Delaware Error?

I have been searching a new box of quarters from the bank -all 2021 Washington Crossing the Delaware. Have found a number of these coins with the same indentation on the back of the hat. Mint error or wishful thinking?

Look for DIE CLASH near the face area also
