It doesn't look like a kind of Variety of any kind. Probably a small strike through. Or even a scratch.. Nothing major. BTW.. You can grade any coin you send. For errors and varieties you attribute them. Cost extra.
Appears to be a hit, like a bag mark, to me. Have you run your fingernail over it to determine incused or raised? Incused should prove damage.
Need a sharper image but because it matches that oar size so well it makes me wonder if it's actually a bit of "dropped" oar? Or a coincidentally sized strike through....better image would help... It's much too far away to be any sort of doubling.

The OP's second image looks like the mint's image and the OP's first image looks a bit different - i.e. the middle oar isn't doubled like it is in the mint's image. Or is it the whiskey talking?
