    I Robbed my wife’s change purse , this was in there. The top right corners of the building and back of the hand looks doubled.     I don't think so. a DD would be rotational, not lateral like this.
    More recent die making changes have made the process more efficient to the point where they just don't happen like they used to. Mechanical I'd think
