Hello, I am getting ready to send in some coins to PCGS. I have 5 so far to send in but one of the coins is the 2021-s 1 morgan. when looking at it I notice that the rim has an intense blue tone pic below. would this receive a + grade
No, it would not affect the grade, one way or another. That coin would grade 68, or possibly 69. There are a few mark on it, preventing a 70 grade.
thanks ya, I was thinking the same on grades 68 or 69 just was looking for that ms+ grade. I got unlucky when I got my morgan's $. 1 D and this S morgan with marks on them the D is really bad scratches down the cheek not going to send that on in
Did you get the Morgans from the Mint or ebay or.... I got mine from the mint and they are in great shape. I don't send anything to be graded unless there is a significant reason
