I imagine the House would approve it again. We'll see whether it gets signed into law under the current circumstances. Nobody seems to <i>object</i> to any part of it, but that's no guarantee that it will happen.</p><p><br /></p><p>I find that I'm <i>really really tired</i> of the quarter-of-the-month-club design cycle. I sort of wish we could just stick with the 2021 design, at least until the semiquincentennial in 2026.
