No idea how they do it, but it's also really inconsistent, not that there is much difference between a MS69 and MS70 in the first place.</p><p><br /></p><p>Still I'm sure someone will pay something for it above the silver value of the coin, most places are selling some variation of NGC graded in MS70 for around $100-$120. Could he resell it for that to someone else? Possibly, maybe a couple bucks more or less, maybe less.</p><p>typically the basic slab saying "first day of issue" or "first release" is worth about $10 more than the ones that don't say it.
