No idea how they do it, but it&#039;s also really inconsistent, not that there is much difference between a MS69 and MS70 in the first place.</p><p><br /></p><p>Still I&#039;m sure someone will pay something for it above the silver value of the coin, most places are selling some variation of NGC graded in MS70 for around $100-$120. Could he resell it for that to someone else? Possibly, maybe a couple bucks more or less, maybe less.</p><p>typically the basic slab saying &quot;first day of issue&quot; or &quot;first release&quot; is worth about $10 more than the ones that don&#039;t say it.
