2021 D 1c ddo/ddr?

Good day,
Even though my degenerative eye disease is progressive getting worse and even with the scope as efficient as it can be while told by the specialist I visit I should not be subjecting them to the hobby of coin collecting I can't stop...lol
I just wanted to thank everyone for your patience and understanding.

Anyway, I came across this 2021 D 1c with what appears to be notches on one cent on reverse and date and the TY in Liberty on obverse?

I think you need to give your eyes a break.

 

I think I see split serifs on the coin, but I can't tell if it is DDD or not. It has bright areas and dark areas which make it hard to see the details.

 

I'll try and get better pics to post @GH#75 and thank you.

 

I'm learning braille and sanding finger tips so if I can't learn to feel the texture of anomalies on a coin I can also become a safe cracker @potty dollar 1878
