I've been looking for a shield clash forever now it seems. I like the ones where you can see the E PLURIBUS UNUM also.

Nice. Die clashes are fun to find.

Precisely where’s this clash? I am seeing some stray marks.

You're seeing it. It's a light clash. Vertical lines in front of his face and behind Abe's neck. On the reverse, I'm only seeing evidence of removal, top left of the shield.

Honestly, the ones in front of the face look like they could be, but behind the neck, those look like plating drips. They look well-raided and very different from the ones in front of the face. An overlay wouldn’t hurt any here, I think.

It's such a light clash it looks more like plating blisters. Definitely a clash though but you gotta look hard. Nice find!

To your point, I bet a number of folks would pass over that coin assuming a plating issue. In my CRH time, I only found one light clash like that inspired by a far better clash I saw where lettering was coming through and the reverse had witness marks as well. The hard clashes are really pretty cool.

This example is from a new box of 2020's cents from the bank. I got 15 or so with the exact clash marks as the one shown above.
